There are MANY ways to help our non-profit animal rescue. We will list some ways to donate monetarily, donate items, help with your business, joining fundraiser events, through amazon, etc!

 

  1. Donate by card or paypal on our Donate tab. www.rockersrescue.org/info/donate/ 
  2. Call our main vet, Benton Animal Hospital at (318) 965-2371 to donate and tell them it is for Rockers Rescue. 
  3. Send checks, supplies, or doggie/kitty gifts to Rockers Rescue at P.O. Box 242, Greenwood, La 71033.
  4. AMAZON: Purchase something from our amazon wish list. 
  5. Hollywood Feed in Shreveport is a drop off location for us. Ask them if you can leave a donation for us to get (label it with Rockers Rescue) They are so kind and help us a lot. 
  6. You may sign up to be a monthly sponsor on our Donate tab! The sponsorship may end automatically after a year so please sign back up if you wish to continue supporting our efforts. ( We appreciate any Rockers Sponsors SO much!) 
  7. Ask about our current items available for donations (shirts, homemade leash holders, etc.)
  8. Ask if we have upcoming fundraiser events. 
  9. Businesses:: You can help by either donating an item or gift card for auction or raffle, hosting a profit-share day, selling a particular item with a percentage going to the rescue, making a one time or monthly donation, hosting an adoption event, etc! There are so many ways for businesses to help. It is REQUIRED that a business speak with us and come to an agreement before any donations are raised on our behalf. Unless you are just making a general donation strictly from your business. 
  10. Children have done birthday parties to raise donations for us, as well as selling handmade items to raise donations. 
  11. If you have a new item you no longer want, you may see about donating it for us to auction or raffle. Same for a handmade item. 
  12. FOSTERING is the main way to join our team and help save lives, that requires an application approval process. See our Volunteer/Foster page. 
  13. We have had some people donate supplies for a particular animal. Example: The person will tell us to let them know when Pet A needs more food and litter. When it is needed they cover the expense for the items. It's a great way to support an animal you love but cannot adopt. 
  14. Every year for Christmas, we host GIVE A GIFT with our current rescue pets. An album is made and people can pick a pet to be their Give a Gift Buddy! They send them Christmas goodies or decide to be a Give a Gift Sponsor and send a donation for their care. It is SUCH a sweet and fun way to spoil a rescue pet. We take a picture of each pet receiving their gift(s) to upload to the album after Christmas. 
  15. There are other ways to help! We will add them as we think of them <3
