Nobe - (name pronounced no-b)

1.5 yrs old., Male, litterbox trained, very affectionate, he is a hugger and likes to be held and carried, cat and dog friendly. Different color eyes due to past injury.

History: Nobe was found at 6 weeks old by our foster parent. He was sitting on her porch with an injured eye and went straight up to her. We got him to the vet where they said his eye injury looked like something had jabbed him in the eye. There was a bubble/abscess in the eye and he was placed on meds to help. His eye was able to heal! The neat thing though, is that he now has two different colored eyes. His pupils also vary in size. He can still see out of the eye though and needs no medication or anything, he's a normal kitty that just looks special.

About Me: Nobe loves to hug people. He will reach up like a toddler for you to pick him up or hug him. He loves being toted around also. You can hold him while you walk about the house. He is good with other cats and dogs. He currently enjoys sleeping on a human bed near the window. He may be shy for a bit when meeting new people, but with an introduction he is quickly rubbing on them and purring. He is a meow-er and knows how to talk! Mainly just talks when he wants something or your attention. He does enjoy toys! He's a playful little boy. We think Nobe may would do good with kids since he's so sweet and affectionate. We aren't sure, if they are real loud, if it may spook him or not, but we are thinking he will adapt and love the attention.

Some of his pictures and the video are from Christmas for our "Give a Gift Buddies" Each year people select a pet under the rescue to send Christmas gifts to. As you can tell, Nobe had a very sweet Give a Gift Buddy. The video shows him and his buddy Stomper getting their goodies. Stomper has since been adopted. Nobe is waiting for his turn to have a loving home too.

Vetting:

Up to date on vaccines. Neutered. Tested for FIV FeLV and was negative. Dewormed. On kitty revolution to protect against fleas and ticks. Microchipped with free lifetime registry. That means I have everything done so I can be fresh and ready for a loving home.

Some Notes: *This kitty is to be an indoors kitty. < If you are after an indoors/outdoors or outdoors only kitty then this is not the right kitty for you. We can help find one to meet those needs though! Just ask. This particular one...not it. Indoors only. <3

*We also do not approve of declawing. We request that you research that. We have seen many cases where cats become irritable or stop using the litter box etc. and people try to surrender them to us.
