Mr. Panther Mr. Panther is not even 5lbs. Unless he packed down some kitty donuts since his last weigh in haha! He is estimated around 3 months old. He's one of the rescue favorites you could say. Why? He has a special story and is VERY sweet. Mr.Panther was found all alone at a water dam. A friend of mine was going there for her job. Little one was running up to all the workers begging for attention. She just couldn't leave him there alone. Into her car he went (that picture is in one of his collages.) She contacted me seeking help. Luckily, we had a foster spot open up and Panther got to become a Rockers Rescue kitten. He has been to an adoption event with us and kids loved him! He's very friendly. Good with other cats, dogs, children. Likes playing with kitty toys. He lays in weird places around the house...crock pot, laundry basket, no telling where you may find him next. You'll have to keep your eyes out for him but you'll enjoy it! I think he will bring lots of good laughs and smiles to a very lucky family. Mr.Panther is to be an indoors kitty. <<< If you are after an indoors/outdoors or outdoors only kitty then he is not the right kitty for you. We can help find one to meet those needs though. This particular one...not it. Indoors only. <3 Oh, and he is litterbox trained. Vetting: Mr.Panther is microchipped (that fee is included in his adoption donation fee. It is a one time fee so no yearly expenses. We will register him on our end then you will check your email and check the registration. From there you will get reminders to update your information. Easy peasy) He has been neutered (woohoo!) and has received a shot set and rabies shot. Your vet may want to do another shot set in a few weeks as he is younger. He was tested for FIV and FeLV and was negative. Given medication for a limp he had in the past. The limp has ceased. On 1 month revolution. * REVOLUTION protects cats against fleas (Ctenocephalides felis), heartworms (Dirofilaria immitis), roundworms (Toxocara cati), hookworms (Ancylostoma tubaeforme) and ear mites (Otodectes cynotis). About Applying to Adopt: Mr.Panther has a $50 adoption donation fee (microchip fee is included) This fee generally NEVER covers how much we have actually spend on the animal. We are a 501c3 non profit so the fee goes back into our volunteer rescue to help us save more lives. We function solely on donations. Step1: email rockersrescue@gmail.com and tell us that you will be filling out an application. Step 2: fill out an app at www.adoptapet.com/rockersrescue/catadoptionapp/ Please be truthful when filling out your app and include as much information as possible. We also do not approve of declawing. We request that you research that. We have seen many cases where cats become irritable or stop using the litter box etc. and people try to surrender them to us.
